As Obvious as these tips may sound,  it is surprising how many children still don't get them right !. Note them down.

  • Don't forget to pack your admit card, stationery or equipments you may reqiure.
  • Read the instructions carefully.
  • Budget your time carefully. Note the number of questions and work out the time you have to answer each one.Do not rush to finish the rest in the last few minutes.
  • Prioritise your task.Answer the easy problems and those you know best to get the maximum marks, and go back to review the answers you found difficulty with or those you left blank.
  • Check for the sections with more marks and finish them first.
  • Do not change your original answer as the result of second guessing.Research has shown that your first choice is likely to be correct.
  • Be conscientious  and avoid careless errors.
  • Write clearly.Bad handwriting will cost you marks.If the teacher can't read what you wrote how to get marks.Write neatly.
  • If you run out of time, answer the question in point form.
  • Give an answer for each sub-question.Even if you don't know the complete answer, you may still be able to earn a few marks.
  • Never indulge in any exam hall malpractices which can cause irreversible damage and shame.
